Co-founded by sisters Leticia and Erika Espinosa alongside their sister store, Colores Mexicanos, CocoBar roots its riverfront presence in traditional Latin American recipes and culture. The drink menu features cold aguas frescas alongside a full cocktail bar, all set against open views of the Chicago River and downtown architecture.
