🍸 Drinks In History

Bitter and Twisted occupies the historic Luhrs Building in downtown Phoenix, a former Arizona Prohibition Headquarters. Its extensive cocktail menu is paired with inventive bar bites from a scratch kitchen. The setting gives the parlour a clear connection to local history while keeping the focus on drinks.

The menu includes the aromatic Half Baked and the balanced Fig Lebowski. Korean pork nachos provide a shareable plate alongside the drinks. Servers can guide guests through the broad selection when the choices feel wide. Guests are required to be 21 or older.

The parlour opens Tuesday through Thursday from 4 PM to midnight and Friday through Saturday from 4 PM to 1 AM. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday from 4 PM to 6 PM. Sunday and Monday are closed. Larger tables benefit from planning, and checks for six or more guests include a 22 percent gratuity. Seating may be limited to two hours during peak periods.
