The tasting menus, developed in partnership with Tokyo's Bar Libre, rotate every two weeks to highlight seasonal techniques. Guests navigate their choice of non-alcoholic, low-ABV, or full-proof pairings through a guided, one-hour progression of drinks and matching small bites. For a less structured visit, the adjacent seven-seat counter, Bar 7, draws inspiration from Tokyo's micro-bars, serving a dedicated menu of seven cocktails and seven dishes.
