What began during the pandemic as a takeout operation and supper club by Lalo and his wife grew into a permanent storefront in August 2024. The kitchen honors Puebla family recipes passed down from Lalo's grandmother, serving up dishes like green pork or chorizo quesadillas, pork tortas, and a spiced, cinnamon-infused café de olla. Beyond the regular menu, the space functions as a neighborhood hub, hosting multi-course supper clubs and live music.
