Description
Established over 40 years ago during highway construction, the grounds spent recent years as a staging area for the Capitol Crossing development. Following the project's completion, the space has been revived with ongoing infrastructure improvements. Along the perimeter, new trees and landscaped areas serve as a buffer from surrounding streets, framing updated walking paths, sitting areas, fencing, lighting, and water fountains.
