Chef Claudio opened Claudio's Table in October 2023 after establishing a following at his DC Belgian bistro, Et Voila. The project marks a deliberate return to his Italian roots and childhood recipes, built around a single dining room alongside a private dining room. The kitchen prioritizes carefully selected ingredients and honest preparation without shortcuts or unnecessary complexity.
