Description
Civil Liberties operates without traditional drink lists, inviting guests to describe their preferred flavors, strength, and sweetness for a custom cocktail made on the spot. The creative team incorporates house-made ingredients alongside distinctive elements like saskatoon berry, wintergreen, and hyssop. Beyond nightly drinks, the bar hosts Night School spirits tastings and collaborative pop-up events. Inside, the bar top is covered entirely in individual coins beneath a vibrant, nostalgic atmosphere paired with warm service.
