Opened by owner Michael Ruegamer in 1983, Cinnamon Works is one of the few scratch bakeries left in Seattle. Alongside cinnamon rolls and whole-wheat sticky buns, the Pike Place counter maintains an extensive selection of vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free treats tailored for dietary sensitivities.
