Founded by Dr. Abraham Liu, who was born and raised in northern China’s Shandong province before earning a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, Chopstickers balances regional traditions with plant-based options. Beyond pork water-fried bao, the kitchen crafts vegan dandan noodles, vegan bao, and veggie rainbow rice.
