Description

Located in Chicago’s Chinatown, the center pairs archival preservation with active cultural programming. Its collection gathers regional media, books, and artifacts that follow lesser-known community paths, spanning fourth-generation families alongside new arrivals across Middle America. Beyond permanent records, the space builds on its scholarship through contemporary art, research, and citywide partnerships designed to foster intergenerational and intercontinental dialogue.
