Opened in January 2023 by James Beard-nominated Chef Reyna Duong, chimlanh collaborates with Vietnamese-American owned companies alongside its regular service. Conceived as a morning gathering spot for all ages and genders, the cà phê shop explicitly focuses on supporting and amplifying people with disabilities, while uplifting women-, AAPI-, and Black-owned businesses through mutually beneficial partnerships.
