Tucked inside Magnuson Park, this playful community garden pairs youth-painted murals with hands-on nature discovery.
Description
Located at The Brig, the garden provides educational and exploratory spaces designed to connect visitors of all ages with nature and gardening. Its visual anchor is the “All Are Welcome” mural project, created by over 100 local youth guided by artist Sandy Bricel Miller, with garden signs greeting arrivals in 10 different languages. Alongside self-guided exploration, the grounds regularly host free family classes and community events.
