Chicago Sky
My after-work rule is to choose the anchor before the drinks stop. Chicago Sky is a WNBA team, not a bar. Start with ticket planning, then compare separate Chicago ideas.
Basketball first, drinks separately
Chicago Sky is a WNBA team with its home-court base at Wintrust Arena in the South Loop. The listed address is 200 E Cermak Rd, Chicago, IL 60616, USA. This is basketball, not a drinks venue.
My hospitality-trained approach is to settle the main plan before choosing a bar. Use the team's official ticket page to check the game, venue and seating options before booking. The team also lists hospitality seating options. No particular date or ticket availability is assumed here.
Treat the related places as separate choices. Harold Washington Library Center, Chicago Public Library offers books, art and a Winter Garden. Brando's Speakeasy pairs cocktails with karaoke. Boat Safe Chicago offers safety training, captain courses and private yacht excursions, not a bar stop. Fox Bar is a West Loop cocktail spot. Foundation Room at House of Blues Chicago pairs cocktails with lounge dining and entertainment. Keep the drinks angle with those bars and lounges, and check any separate booking directly.
