Chi Phi Fraternity

Serving as the residence for the Mu Chapter of Chi Phi Fraternity at Hoboken's institute of technology, the house stands out for its solid structure and clean upkeep. Visitors frequently note the hospitable atmosphere, with one review even comparing the indoor space to a luxury hotel. Though the outdoor platform requires some upkeep, guests remark that the roof deck is disguised by decorations during gatherings, keeping the focus on drinks and social calls.
