Founded by Chef Karina following years at the Franklin Farmers Market, Chetzels Bakehouse builds its lineup around scratch-made foods using organic ingredients with no seed oils, dyes, or artificial flavors. The kitchen approaches flavor with less sugar in the sweets and added richness in the savories, tailoring recipes to fit celiac, Keto, Paleo, Vegan, and Whole30 diets. Beyond standard counter pastries, the savory selection extends to items like pizza and burgers served with grass-finished beef on soft, house-made gluten-free buns.
