Description

Tucked beneath TORO in St. Paul’s Square, the cellar pairs historic Prohibition-era walls with local lore—specifically the whispered ghost of Beatrice, a 1920s bordello resident said to roam the space. Bartenders talk visitors through an eclectic drink menu incorporating cotton candy and elderflower alongside classic aperitifs, before the room shifts gears when a DJ sets up around 10 PM.
