Caviar on the Bus, Then Wine Flights Across Las Vegas

A sommelier-hosted evening: champagne and caviar on a party bus, then paired wine flights at three to four Las Vegas stops.

The evening starts in the Four Seasons lobby bar and moves straight to the curb. Every guest walks a red carpet past red ropes onto a party bus, where a glass of champagne and a taste of caviar are waiting. From there the bus runs between three or four restaurants and wine bars, and each stop pours a different wine region with a bite chosen to match it.

The listing does not name the venues. The operator describes the format with examples, such as a French Burgundy with a bite from that region, an Italian red with Italian food, and a California Cabernet beside a steak at an American steakhouse. Its terms also say specific wines and themes depend on availability and can change on the night. Three travelers who wrote up the tour in 2025 each counted three stops.

The booking below is the shared 5:00 PM departure, priced per person and sold only to guests aged 21 and over. One booking covers up to 24 travelers, and a shared departure is sold up to 24 seats.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Inside 24 hours the ticket is not refundable. That window belongs to this listing; the operator's own terms for tickets bought directly from it are stricter, with no refunds and no rescheduling.

A Sommelier Hosts the Whole Night

The listing includes a guide, and the operator calls that guide a personal sommelier host who leads the tasting at each stop. The company says all of its sommelier guides are certified through the Court of Master Sommeliers, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, or both. Its founder, sommelier Matthew-Lorèn Lindsey, hosts as well. Fifteen of the tour's 25 traveler reviews mention Matthew by name, though the listing does not promise which host you get.

Two keepsakes come with the ticket: a collector's wine tumbler and a Wine Tour Passport for tasting notes, which the operator says also carries offers from its partners. One October 2025 group included friends who preferred whiskey, and the reviewer wrote that they enjoyed all the wines anyway.

How Much You Drink and Eat

The operator puts the night at four to six different wines, counting the welcome champagne, and one October 2025 traveler tallied about five glasses across three restaurant stops. The listing describes the food as light sharable bites paired with the wines, so plan dinner around that.

Every venue asks for a valid government-issued photo ID, and the operator's terms say a guest without one forfeits the beverage package with no refund. Food allergies and dietary needs have to reach the operator at least 24 hours ahead; the booking form has a special requirements field, and requests made inside 24 hours cannot be handled. The same terms add a USD 500 cleaning charge for spills or damage on the bus, including a guest getting sick.

Getting to the Four Seasons Lobby Bar on Time

The meeting point is the lobby bar inside the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, and the only departure on the calendar is 5:00 PM. The operator's terms ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early for a mandatory check-in. The bus leaves on schedule, and the terms count anyone who misses it as a no-show with no refund.

If you drive, the listing says to use the valet and that parking is validated at the last stop. The operator says each tour ends at its last tasting venue, usually near where it began, so plan your own ride from there. The listing's only option is described as pickup included, yet the one pickup point it lists is the Four Seasons meeting point, and the operator's FAQ says transport to and from the tour is not included.

As of October 16, 2026, the booking calendar showed 5:00 PM departures Monday through Saturday until December 31, no Sunday dates, and no open dates from January to September 2027.

Dress Code, Timing and Who Can Book

The dress code is upscale casual. Sweatpants, jerseys and athletic wear are not allowed, and the operator's terms say no refund is given if a restaurant turns a guest away for dress. The operator asks for comfortable walking shoes that still suit an upscale restaurant.

The listing sells four hours. The operator's FAQ puts its tours at up to three and a half hours on average, depending on the theme and the number of stops, so keep the full four free. Guests must be 21 or older, and the listing does not recommend the tour for pregnant travelers. The operator's FAQ says the tours are wheelchair accessible when ADA access is requested at booking, after which a representative gets in touch. Its terms also say third-party bookings can be assigned to an existing scheduled departure that meets its minimum group size, and that the bus model can change with fleet availability.
