Description

The restaurant draws directly on the life of Teresa Espinosa Moreno, an activist who organized women workers, endured three years of political imprisonment following the Spanish Civil War, and taught her family the art of cooking from humble ingredients. Her grandson carries that legacy into the dining room, translating her hosting ethos into an elegant setting recognized for authentic Northern Spanish flavors and attentive service.
