A grand 1914 Edwardian castle featuring secret passages, a stable tunnel, and seasonal gardens with downtown views.
Description

Completed in 1914, this grand Edwardian landmark pairs medieval-style architecture and towers with interiors detailed in chandeliers, marble, and dark wood. The main floor leads through the Great Hall with its sixty-foot oak-beamed ceiling, a traditional early-twentieth-century library, and an elaborately plastered conservatory capped by an Italian stained-glass dome. Visitors can explore secret passages, walk a tunnel connecting to the stable house, and climb tight stairs to reach tower views. The site also features temporary film and costume displays alongside an indoor pool where a biographical movie of the owner is projected onto the wall.
