Description
Carolicious grew out of the Somerville Arts Council Nibble Program, which founders Las Carolinas joined in 2016 after arriving in Somerville the previous year. The kitchen centers on arepas—hot corn-flour sandwiches served as either a main dish or a meal accompaniment—relying on traditional preparations designed to stay authentic to both their Venezuelan heritage and their US setting.
