Description

Walking trails lead down to a pedestrian overpass from the park’s upper grounds, opening onto the rocky shore. Across the water, marine traffic passes in front of wide views, while the mouth of Pipers Creek meets the sound. Praised for its serene atmosphere, the beach is a draw for beachcombing and tide pooling, picnicking, and watching the sunset over the water.
