Paris's pioneering cocktail bar operates out of a concealed space behind a street-front taco shop on Rue de Saintonge in the 3rd arrondissement. Up front, the venue serves Mexican street food including tacos, tostadas, guacamole, and quesebirrias, while the back opens into a candlelit, cave-like cocktail lounge featuring exposed stone walls, comfortable sofas, and agave spirits and creative cocktails.
