Named for Neue Galerie co-founder Serge Sabarsky, the venue is designed to evoke a turn-of-the-century Viennese café. It features lighting fixtures by Josef Hoffmann, Adolf Loos furniture, a Bösendorfer grand piano, and banquettes upholstered in 1912 Otto Wagner fabric. Under Michelin-starred Executive Chef Christopher Engel, the menu serves traditional Austrian fare such as schnitzel, goulash, and sachertorte, alongside an extensive selection of Viennese coffees and wines.
