Bushwick Cocktail Bar With Natural Wine and Vinyl DJ Sets

Sipping creative cocktails and natural wine at a low-lit Bushwick cocktail bar run by bartenders, with vinyl on the decks.

Save Palmetto for date night.

🍸 Natural Wine and Vinyl Nights

Palmetto is a low-lit Bushwick cocktail bar that its bartender-owners opened on Valentine's Day in 2020, imagined as their own personal hangout. That origin shows in the drink list, which leans on creative cocktails and natural wine, with a handful of mocktails for anyone skipping alcohol.

The cozy, design-forward room has become a go-to for intimate date nights, and vinyl DJ sets carry the mood. Food stays deliberately small, strictly olives, almonds, and cheese, which means dinner belongs somewhere else first. Thursday and Saturday nights run livelier, while the rest of the week keeps the room relaxed.

Doors open at 5 PM Tuesday through Sunday, with a 10 dollar happy hour from 5 PM to 7 PM Tuesday through Friday. Closing time is 2 AM most nights and 3 AM on Friday and Saturday, and Monday is dark. Look for it at 309 Knickerbocker Ave, a natural wine bar stop that works for one drink or the whole night.
