This Building of the Day architectural tour guides visitors through the massive 220,000-square-foot Brooklyn Community District Garage 3. Led with the participation of Dattner Architects and the NYC Department of Sanitation, the program examines the facility's infrastructure, design, and sustainability features, including its faceted precast-concrete facade, three glass types, and a sprawling 46,000-square-foot green roof.
