Build Your Own Sichuan Dry Pot on a Greenpoint Block
Pick the ingredients and the heat, then share a Sichuan dry pot sized for two or three.
🔥 Your Pot, Your Heat Level
On Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, dinner turns into a small design project. You pick the ingredients, set the spice level, and the kitchen tosses everything into a Sichuan dry pot that lands in shareable portions for two or three people depending on how much you add.
The menu also carries Beijing chǎo bǐng, a rare regional dish of Chinese pancake slices tossed with vegetables and beef or pork. Waffle fries and spicy peanuts sit on the side for anyone pacing the heat.
Lunch runs from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM every day, and dinner picks up again at 4:30 PM, closing at 10:00 PM on most nights and 9:45 PM on Wednesday and Thursday. A table of three can share one loaded pot and add a plate of chǎo bǐng for the middle of the table.
