Brooklyn Pickleball Where Strangers Become Doubles Partners
Pickleball in Gowanus comes with a generous streak, as coaches trade pointers between games and leagues welcome every level.
🤝 The Gowanus Court Code
Brooklyn has no shortage of places to sweat, yet few feel this welcoming. Tucked inside a bright Gowanus warehouse, PKLYN runs five indoor courts under 23-foot ceilings, plus a dedicated dink court for drilling soft shots and a stretching zone for warming up. Classes, leagues, and open play cover every skill level, and coaches are known for handing out pointers well beyond formal lessons. Drop-in play starts at 25 dollars for two hours, and six-week leagues start at 360 dollars. After the final rally, the lounge pours local beer and canned cocktails next to Alidoro sandwiches. Courts open at 7:00 AM every day.
