BrewDog Las Vegas, After Work Above the Strip
Clocking off changes the brief. At BrewDog Las Vegas, craft beer, a rooftop setting and a view across the Strip are the starting point.
Let the rooftop set the pace
My after-work filter starts with what a place actually offers. BrewDog Las Vegas is a rooftop taproom, with an on-site microbrewery, pours from its Ohio brewery and rotating guest taps. The deck looks across the Strip toward landmarks including New York-New York and Park MGM.
Live sports and games add another layer below the rooftop. I would start here when the post-shift brief is beer with a view. For a different setting, the related list spans sports screens, a cocktail lounge, a resort lounge and casino bars. These are alternatives, not a timed bar crawl.
