Foundry Kitchen and Bar puts two very different hotel dining stops under the same Westin roof. Downstairs, breakfast takes the form of a buffet served every morning. Upstairs, the afternoon and evening focus turns to creative cocktails with New American small plates alongside. Choose the level that matches your appetite, from a morning meal before heading out to something to sip later in the day.
Breakfast runs Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 11 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to half past eleven AM, while the bar is open daily from 4 PM to half past eleven PM.
