Staff share wellness knowledge inside the shop and can guide visitors through its natural-food offerings. It opens at 11:30 AM Monday through Saturday. Closing is 10:30 PM Monday through Wednesday and 11:00 PM Thursday through Saturday. Randall's Island is a 10-minute walk away. Sunday is closed.
