Bijoux Macarons

Named after the French word for jewels, the bakery approaches the confection through France’s view of macarons as haute couture. Chef Vincent Guiheneuf works in small batches, applying labor-intensive craftsmanship and fine ingredients to hone each piece's texture and flavor.
