🥩 Five cuts off one roast
A silver cart is wheeled to your table, the roast uncovered, and the carver asks which cut you want before the knife goes in. The California cut runs 57 dollars, the English cut brings three thin slices for 61, and the traditional Lawry cut is 72. The extra thick Diamond cut is 89 and the Double cut is 111, all before tax and gratuity.
Every cut includes the spinning bowl salad tossed tableside, mashed potatoes, whipped cream horseradish and Yorkshire pudding. The baked Idaho potato is the add on people remember, finished at the table with Nueske's bacon, butter, chives and sour cream for another 15 dollars.
Dinner runs 5:00–9:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 5:00–10:00 PM Friday, 4:00–10:00 PM Saturday and 4:00–9:00 PM Sunday, plus Sunday brunch 11:30 AM–2:00 PM. Thanksgiving, November 26, serves 11:00 AM–9:00 PM and Christmas Day is closed. Book on OpenTable, walk ins sit as space allows. Business casual is enforced, no beachwear, gym wear, cutoffs or flip flops. The Wilshire and La Cienega D Line stop is four minutes away, with valet parking on site.
