Description
Rather than a typical plaza, this paved metropolitan space is divided into sections that make it feel like an actual park. The layout features walking paths, a playground, and public restrooms with views of the surrounding skyline. Unlike much of Manhattan, the park has not adopted anti-homeless architecture, making it an open spot for people-watching or local events. Even the fountains have a functional design, shutting off automatically when it gets gusty.
