Description

Designed by architect George Keister and opened in 1907 as the Stuyvesant Theatre, this 1,059-seat venue was conceived by David Belasco as an intimate living playhouse. Renamed in his honor in 1910 and operated by The Shubert Organization since 1948, the space distributes its seating across mezzanine and balcony tiers structured around clear sightlines and focused sound quality.
