Bedoy's Bakery

Operating in San Antonio since 1961, Bedoy's Bakery focuses on traditional Mexican baking staples. While the building looks large from the outside, the shop is compact inside, lined with trays of classic pan dulce and affordable daily pastries. Alongside the sweets, the kitchen dishes out hearty bowls of menudo stocked with hominy and generously cut meat, served with homemade corn tortillas following an unchanged family recipe.
