Designed to keep space affordable for Seattle creatives, the setup supports a working mix of artists, designers, and makers. Alongside the private workspaces, two galleries feature regular exhibitions, installations, and collaborative events, relying on creative visibility and public gatherings to help revitalize the downtown core and sustain the city's wider arts ecosystem.
