Description

Owner Mulu Reda built Barcote around the culinary traditions she learned in Addis Ababa, later refined while preparing community meals at a local Ethiopian church. The kitchen sends out orders at a swift pace, pairing plates of Doro Wot and Beg Wot with injera, salad, and Ethiopian coffee. Generous portions—anchored by shared veggie platters large enough for groups—and attentive service set the rhythm inside the cozy dining room.
