Tucked away on an office building mezzanine in Downtown Honolulu, this James Beard Award–winning cocktail bar draws inspiration from Japan's intimate watering holes. Founded in 2015 by Justin and Tom Park, the lounge pairs an extensive whisky collection with a menu of bespoke craft drinks, Japanese-inspired whiskies, and refined small bites. Head Bartender Justin Park's offerings include signature Old Fashioned variations, whisky highballs, and the kiawe wood-smoked World's Best Mai Tai served from a hand-carved tiki box, alongside unique interpretations like an espresso martini, el umami, and yuzu sour with hojicha.
