Nearly four decades ago, a husband and wife relocated from Saigon to Seattle, carrying recipes rooted in street food vendor families from District Phu Nhuan. The kitchen turns out traditional Vietnamese staples alongside occasional French-Vietnamese twists, preparing its sauces and mayonnaise fresh in-house.
