Ballard Homestead

Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, this hall functions as a community space where the focus stays entirely on the performance. The room itself is neat and spacious with a well-constructed stage, ensuring there is no bad seat in the house. By design, it maintains an alcohol-free environment, prioritizing an intimate atmosphere where the high-quality sound remains the primary draw. Beyond the hall, a good-sized side yard offers additional room for gathering, reinforcing its reputation as a welcoming spot for small-scale, focused events.
