Description

Helena and Bob started the venture in their Brooklyn apartment, drawing on recipes from Helena’s baba, Julia, who arrived in America in 1969. Their signature "Baba's Potato" pierogi blends heritage with local ingredients by using American cheese. Today, the kitchen makes everything fresh to order. Fillings range from traditional potato to creative options like spinach and feta or bacon and cheddar, served either boiled or pan-fried. Beyond dumplings, the menu features kielbasy sliders and a sloppy kielbasy sandwich, served in a relaxed, friendly space.
