Atlantic City's Distillery Tasting Hides Around Back on Lexington Avenue
Pick one of two tasting flights at Little Water Distillery, then stay on for a cocktail made from the distillery's own spirits.
Little Water Distillery bills itself as the first and only legal distillery in Atlantic City. It can legally serve only its own products. There is no beer or wine.
The range runs from 48 Blocks vodka, made from French wheat with water drawn from the Kirkwood-Cohansey aquifer, to Liberty and Prosperity rums, Whitecap whiskey and Rusted Revolver gin. The gin is named for a revolver dug up on the distillery grounds during construction, and that revolver is mounted in the tasting room.

On this listing the tasting costs USD 15 per person and is open to adults 21 and over, Thursday through Sunday. Confirmation is instant. All five reviews so far give five stars.
Spirits Tasting at Little Water DistilleryA 45-minute tasting flight of the distillery's own spirits, with a souvenir shot glass. Adults 21 and over.www.viator.comBook Twice: the Ticket, Then the Table

Buying the ticket is step one. After purchase, the listing asks you to reserve a table on the distillery's website for your date and arrival time, with the right number of people in your party.
Tastings run during public hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. There are no tastings Monday to Wednesday. The distillery says busy weekends can mean a 20 to 60 minute wait. Parties of more than 10 should send it a note first.
Two Flights and a Shot Glass to Keep

Asked whether it runs tours, the distillery says it offers a self-guided tasting. You take your table and choose one of two flights.
The listing draws the flights from the whiskey, rum, vodka and gin, plus three bottled cocktails: Espresso Martini, Chocolate Martini and Old Fashioned. The espresso version uses cold-pressed Brazilian espresso from La Colombe in Philadelphia. The Old Fashioned is built on Whitecap whiskey and has been a tasting room favorite since the distillery opened in 2016. Whitecap itself comes out of a collaboration with Davis Valley Distillery in southwestern Virginia and ages at least 24 months in once-used bourbon barrels.
A souvenir shot glass comes with the tasting.
Bring Food to the Tasting Room
The distillery says New Jersey law does not let distilleries sell food. It sells bagged snacks, sometimes hosts a food truck, and welcomes food you bring in or have delivered. Staff can point you to restaurants that deliver. One reviewer on this listing put it plainly: “They didn’t serve food but let you get food delivered to place.”
Guests under 21 can come along and order mocktails, though the tasting itself is for adults 21 and over. Leashed pets can stay outside when the weather allows. Inside, only service animals are permitted.
Refunds and Access
On this listing, cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours there is no refund.
The listing ticks wheelchair access for all areas and surfaces, along with stroller access and infants on laps. It also flags the tasting as not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone with poor cardiovascular health. The distillery's own site says nothing about access. Wheelchair users should call 609-344-7867 before booking.
