Chef Ariana Barkin curates a seasonal menu prepared entirely in-house, featuring specialty items like pain au chocolat aux pistaches, ratatouille nid, and classic entremets alongside Loveless coffee and Bellocq teas. The shop's layout offers clear visibility of the baking area from the front counter. During the croissant-making classes, guests learn the technique directly from Barkin and take home a large bounty of their own creations.
