Arichai “Archi” Silpasuvun opened his first outpost at Flamingo and Torrey Pines in 2002 after moving from Thailand, challenging the assumption that authentic Thai spice would not catch on with American palates. The home-cooked dishes found immediate success. The business has since grown to four Las Vegas locations, with the family continuing to staff and manage the restaurants to preserve a cozy, familiar setting.
