4.0 (361)In Capitol Hill, this residential building features a rooftop patio, dedicated fitness space, and a penthouse lounge.
Description
Apartments here offer open kitchens but smaller individual layouts than similarly priced neighborhood options, shifting focus to shared spaces like a rooftop patio with BBQ grills and a fitness facility with a separate yoga room.
Resident feedback points to a clear trade-off. While praise centers on the expansive penthouse activity center and central downtown setting, reports also highlight recurring operational problems, including frequently broken elevators, garage door failures, and security issues.
