Aranami Dojo - Kyokushin Karate

Led by Sensei Ryan Layman, the dojo operates out of the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai'i and the Honolulu Myohoji Mission. Alongside traditional practice, sessions focus on practical self-defense and building physical endurance. Layman, who is fluent in Japanese, adapts drills to suit students from young children to adults.
