An Irish Pub with Forty Years Inside the Hilton
Eat potato leek soup topped with bacon and cheddar at a neighbourhood style pub overlooking Grant Park.
🍀 Soup, Pints and Pretzels
Kitty O'Sheas sits inside the Hilton at 720 South Michigan Avenue in Chicago, overlooking Grant Park. The pub has been operating for forty years, keeping the casual feel of an everyday neighbourhood drinking spot against a historic hotel backdrop. Classic pints are part of the draw, alongside a kitchen focused on farm to fork Irish fare.
Potato leek soup arrives with a topping of bacon and cheddar, and pretzels are served alongside dipping sauces. Those hearty tavern dishes sit alongside a choice of indoor, bar and patio seating. Comfortable chairs leave room to settle in, while entertainment adds a lively soundtrack that can get very noisy at times.
The doors open at 11 AM on Monday through Friday and close at 1 AM, with Saturday running from 9 AM to 2 AM and Sunday from 9 AM to 1 AM.
