Hosted within the industrial-creative space of Walter Studios, this event shifts the focus from formal sommelier expertise to a down-to-earth exploration of wine and food pairings. Rather than a stuffy lecture, the session operates as an educational workshop designed to strip away the pretense of label reading and tasting notes. Participants move through a programmed sequence of pours, each accompanied by small bites selected to illustrate specific chemistry between grape and dish.
