Created by the Lair team and designed by Renesa Architecture Design Interiors Studio, this three-storey New Delhi venue spans multiple levels including a mezzanine ingredient apothecary, an Observation Cell with a 10-seat omakase cocktail counter, and a top-floor listening lounge called AMP. The 86-cover space features a modern, experimental layout with a minimalist setup and houses a small museum showcasing drink ingredients, alongside seasonal tasting concepts and an impressive selection of meat and vegetarian dishes.
