A Shuttle Bus to Nashville's Dives, Away From Broadway's Neon

A painted shuttle bus runs three or four Nashville dive bars in two and a half hours, about half an hour inside each.

Broadway is where most visitors drink in Nashville. This shuttle points the other way. A painted bus leaves a depot on Lewis Street and works the neighborhood bars, three or four of them in two and a half hours, with about thirty minutes inside each, by the operator's own count.

The ticket buys the ride. Drinks are on you at every stop, and the only inclusion on the listing is the air-conditioned vehicle.

Three departures a day, one seat per traveler, booked through the listing below.

The Bars Change With the Hour

The operator does not publish a fixed bar list, and rider accounts show why. An April 2026 group named The Batter's Box, Springwater Supper Club and Santa's Pub, and wished they had more time at each. A November 2025 group of ten was dropped in one stretch of East Nashville and walked between four bars side by side, and felt they could have done it on their own.

Opening hours shape the route too. Santa's Pub, the year-round Christmas bar in the photos, opens Wednesday to Sunday from 4 PM, so a morning run will not get there.

Bring Cash and a Way Home

Some stops are cash only, and the operator says so on its own ticket page. Santa's Pub, for one, serves beer only and takes cash only. A 2024 rider found two of three stops pouring beer and no mixed drinks, and noted that drinking happens in the bars, not on the bus.

Price is the other thing riders bring up. An October 2026 rider found the drinks much cheaper than on Broadway, and another rider that month had a simple tip: take a rideshare to and from. A 2024 group walked to the start and did not enjoy that stretch of town.

Fourteen Seats and a Bus Full of Strangers

The listing caps a shared run at fourteen travelers. Rider accounts mention parties of six, eight and ten, so a small group usually shares the bus with others, and a single bartender can mean a short wait when everyone walks in at once.

One February 2025 couple had the shuttle nearly to themselves, with one other couple aboard. Nobody under 21 rides. The listing has a single adult band starting at 21, and the operator asks for valid ID.

Before You Book

Departures on the listing are 11 AM, 2 PM and 5 PM. As of November 5, 2026, its calendar has Mondays and Tuesdays blocked out, and each run lasts two and a half hours.

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund on this booking. The operator's own site lists a stricter 21-day rule for reservations made directly with it, and the operator can cancel a run if not enough travelers sign up. The listing marks the ride as suitable for all fitness levels, while the operator's own pages say nothing about step-free access.

🚌 Check in at the desk outside 1343 Lewis Street 30 minutes before your departure. The operator says parking on site is free, and the depot has its own full bar, riding bull and hat-making bar, so the wait doesn't have to be dry.
